At Beauty & Laser Bar, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
Due to the nature of skincare products and hygiene regulations, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on opened, used, or unsealed items.
Returns
- Products may only be returned if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
Refunds
- Once your return is approved and inspected, a refund will be processed.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and you may place a new order.Important Notes
